Fintech content should explain what a product does, who it is for and what a prospective user needs to know before taking the next step. Vague promises such as “instant,” “risk-free” or “best” may create the wrong impression if the service has conditions, fees, eligibility checks or limitations.
Describe The Feature And Its Conditions
For every feature, state what the product actually does and verify the details with the product owner. Explain eligibility, location, limits, fees or timing only when current information is available. If terms vary by customer or market, say where the reader can check the details rather than implying one universal offer.

Use consistent definitions across the website, app store, campaign and social channels. A short headline should not overstate what the longer terms later qualify. Keep material risks and limitations close enough to the benefit that a reader can understand both together.
Route Claims To The Right Reviewer
Maintain a claims table with proposed wording, source, date, market, product owner and reviewer. Separate functional product facts from financial recommendations or predictions. The latter can have additional requirements and should be reviewed by appropriate compliance or legal specialists in each jurisdiction.

The UK FCA’s social media guidance says financial promotions should be fair, clear and not misleading, and that benefits and risks should be balanced. This is UK guidance, not a universal rulebook. Check relevant local regulators and approvals before publishing for other markets.
Make The Next Step Transparent
Tell users what happens when they click: account setup, eligibility check, contact, download or another action. Avoid implying that approval or a particular outcome is assured. Ensure the destination page contains current terms and a working support route.
